Culture of Bhutan

Culture It is the set of basic values, perceptions, wants, behaviors learned by a member of society from family and other important institutions. Culture is very important because it shows a distinct identity. Culture teaches us to think as a whole, not as individuals. It helps to preserve its unique identity of the society and guides the people for livings. Buddhism is the cultural heritage of Bhutan and its people's identity as  well.  Dzongkha is the national language of Bhutan. National dress of Bhutan is Gho (for boys) and Kira (for girls). Bhutan celebrates different festival like Tshechu, Moenlam choenmo and etc. Bhutanese culture is very much influenced by sacred Buddhist values. Bhutanese live by their religious values and respect their gods and deities a lot.                                                             ...

Hello everyone!! My name is Jigdrel Wangmo and  I am 14 years old. I am from Lauri under Samdrup Jongkhar. I stay in Thimphu Changzamtog. I was born at Phuentsholing in the year 2009 and My favourite color is black and white. I  love to play sports and dance.  My school name is Changzamtog Middle Secondary School in Thimphu and I study in eighth grade.
