Culture It is the set of basic values, perceptions, wants, behaviors learned by a member of society from family and other important institutions. Culture is very important because it shows a distinct identity. Culture teaches us to think as a whole, not as individuals. It helps to preserve its unique identity of the society and guides the people for livings. Buddhism is the cultural heritage of Bhutan and its people's identity as well. Dzongkha is the national language of Bhutan. National dress of Bhutan is Gho (for boys) and Kira (for girls).
